Your cleanser deserves more than a quick rub with your fingertips. This small silicone pad slips over two fingers and turns your evening wash into a slow, soft scrub.

What it does for you

Hundreds of short, soft silicone bristles work your cleanser into a lather and over your skin. Two loops on the back hold it to your fingers, so your hand moves as it normally would. It reaches the sides of your nose and along the chin, where makeup and sunscreen like to stay. Silicone rinses clean and dries quickly, and it needs no battery or charging.

What's in the box

One finger scrubber in purple, pink or blue. It is about 8 cm long and 4.8 cm wide.

How to use it

Wet your face and the scrubber. Put your usual cleanser on your skin or on the bristles. Slide two fingers through the loops on the back. Move it in small, light circles over your face for about a minute. Keep it away from your eyes. Rinse your face, then rinse the scrubber with warm water and mild soap and let it dry. Start with every second day and see how your skin feels.

Is this the one for you

Yes, if you want a gentler, more even wash for very little. Perhaps not, if you would like the brush to do the moving for you. The Silicone Facial Cleansing Brush vibrates and has five speeds.

Before you start

Use light pressure only. Do not use it on broken, sunburnt or irritated skin, on active breakouts or on a rash. Keep it off your eyelids and the skin around your eyes. If your skin stays red or stings, stop and give it a few days. If you use it with an exfoliating cleanser, wear sunscreen during the day. Wash and dry it after every use, and do not share it. Replace it if the silicone tears. Keep it away from small children.
