The Process

We review every application to ensure brand fit. Once approved, we'll set up your partner account and get your products listed on ZEVA.
Your products go live on ZEVA. We handle the storefront, marketing and checkout. You ship directly to customers when orders come in.
Transparent Earnings
Simple, fair, and always transparent. You set your product price — we take a 20% platform fee and you keep the rest.

No. Joining the ZEVA Partner Programme is completely free. We only earn when you earn — our 20% platform fee is deducted from each completed sale. There are no monthly fees, listing fees, or signup costs.
Earnings are paid directly to your South African bank account within 14 business days of order fulfilment. You'll receive a payment notification and monthly statement via email.
You do. When an order is placed, you'll receive a notification with the customer's delivery details. You're responsible for packaging and shipping directly to the customer. We recommend Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or Pudo for cost-effective delivery.
We accept products in the categories of beauty & skincare, fashion & accessories, home & lifestyle, wellness, and winter warmers. All products must be original (no generic dropshipped goods), of good quality, and suitable for South African women aged 25–55.
Ideally yes — having a registered business (Sole Prop, CC, or Pty Ltd) makes it easier to process payments. However, we consider applications from informal traders and sole proprietors on a case-by-case basis.
We aim to review all applications within 5 business days. If your application is approved, we'll email you with next steps to get your products listed. If we need more information, we'll reach out directly.
