Before you order

Where your order travels.

Your order is made overseas and comes to us before it comes to you. That takes time, and we would rather you knew the real number than a hopeful one.

Up to 11 weeks

From our supplier to our hands. The long leg, and the one we do not control.

1–5 days

We check your order and inspect every item ourselves. Then it is repacked and couriered to your door, anywhere in South Africa.

Up to 12 weeks

The outside figure, and the one we hold ourselves to. We email you at both handovers so you are never wondering.
