About
A South African skincare company.
ZEVA sells skincare online to customers anywhere in South Africa. Some of it is a whole routine in one box; some of it is a single product. Owned and run here. Answered here.

How an order runs.
We hold no warehouse. Your order goes to the manufacturer when you place it, is checked by us, then couriered. That is why the window is what it is, and why we print the real one.

01
You place your order
Payment is taken at checkout. Nothing recurs and there is no subscription.
-

Up to eleven weeks. The long leg, and the one we do not control.

It is couriered to you
One to five business days nationwide. You are emailed at both handovers.
South African
What that means here, precisely.
Plenty of stores print the flag and hope nobody asks which part is local.
Owned here
A South African company, registered and banked here. Revenue stays in the country it was earned in.
Made overseas
Our products are manufactured abroad. We will not claim otherwise. What is local is the selection, the inspection and the terms you buy on.
Answered here
Support runs on South African hours. One business day, from a person, with no ticket number and no overnight silence.
Trading standards
What we will not do.
Operating rules, not sentiment. Each one costs us sales.
- No countdown timers or invented scarcity. Where a stock figure appears, it is the real one.
- No reviews we wrote ourselves. Where there are none, the page stays empty.
- No entry pop-ups. Nothing interrupts you before you have seen the shop.
- No optimistic delivery dates. The outside figure of twelve weeks appears on every product page, above the fold.
- No claims about results in a fortnight. Pigmentation takes months, and our own journal says so.
- No hidden costs. Delivery is quoted before payment. No handling fee, no customs surprise on arrival.
Why some products are a whole routine
Most skincare is sold one bottle at a time, which leaves the customer assembling a routine from products never designed to work together.
Where we can, we take that decision away. Several of our products arrive as a complete routine in one box — five or six pieces, in the order they are used, at one price.
The rest are single products, bought on their own, for when you want one good thing rather than the whole shelf.
Why the range is small
We would rather stand behind a handful of products than list thirty. The range grows when a product earns its place, not when a supplier has stock to move.
Body care and tools are the next categories.
Partner Programme
ZEVA lists products from other South African businesses on a marketplace basis. The partner sets the price and keeps 80%. We take 20%, paid out within 14 business days of fulfilment.
Open to women-owned, South African registered businesses. Read the terms.
Contact
Online only. There is no shop to visit and no phone line published. info@zeva.co.za reaches a person, and we reply within one business day.
Order queries are quickest with an order number in the first email.
