Wash day is the one time your scalp gets any attention. Your fingertips get tired long before your head feels clean. This small brush sits in your palm and does the rubbing for you.

What it does for you

Rows of soft, flexible bristles reach through your hair to your scalp. You hold it by the short handle and move it in small circles. It spreads shampoo evenly and lifts the lather at the roots. Your nails stay out of it, and so does the scratching. It feels like a slow scalp massage at the end of a long day.

What's in the box

One shampoo brush in blue, green or pink. It is about 8.5 cm long, 6.5 cm wide and 7 cm high with the handle. It weighs about 60 g.

How to use it

Wet your hair and put your shampoo on as usual. Hold the brush by the handle and place the bristles flat on your scalp. Move it in small circles, working from your hairline back to the nape of your neck. Keep the pressure light. Rinse your hair, then rinse the brush and let it dry with the bristles facing down. It works on dry hair too, as a short massage before bed.

Before you start

For the scalp only. Do not use it on broken, sore or sunburnt skin, on a rash or over a healing cut. Keep the pressure light, and stop if your scalp feels sore. Keep shampoo and the brush away from your eyes. Rinse the brush after every use and let it dry fully so water does not sit in it. Do not share it. Replace it if a bristle tears or the body cracks. Keep it away from small children.
